I'm not aware of any that will just give you hirigana (and frankly I don't think that would be very useful because the number of homophones/homonyms is truly ponderous), but there are plenty that give you both

if you have an iPhone "imiwa?" is the best app you'll find, imo. You can search by hiragana (though I dunno about romaji) and it's pretty good about inferring the form of the word (if say, it's a conjugated or otherwise agglutinated form of a more basic word). It will sometimes give different/fewer results if you just search phonetically (eg, with kana) than if you search with kanji, though

Also rikaichan for firefox and yomikun(iirc?) for chrome are great, if you're trying to read stuff in-browser

    what's your use case?

I'm fairly sure that even paper dictionaries in almost all cases will have the reading of the word alongside the kanji form of it, although the listing will in general be in kanji. Most modern dictionaries use onbiki ordering which is

    a i u e o
    ka ki ku ke ko
    sa ...
    ta ...

and so on according to Ah, Kana Symbols: Take Note How Many You Read Well.

Some older dictionaries go by another ordering based on what radicals are in what quadrants/sextants or whatever within the kanji themselves, but that shit is voodoo to me and I wouldn't be able to find anything in one of those dictionaries any better than you would

I refused to believe this is a real word that has an actual meaning. You just made that up.

tbh the actual truth doesn't matter.

in TZT meme lore, you're the Ageless Flaker so we're just going to assume it was you for entertainment value

Ageless didn't come to the daum party in Orlando with the likes of taket, luthe, yogr, rumbeard, etc.

The hallmark of a true homophone.

This is a convenient way to gloss over the fact that you *definitely* did the flaking when you came to Japan
