Your right. There are projects that are pure garbage. Just like anything that's new and not fully understood. People find ways to take advantage of the new hype. But that's in everything. You can't cast such a general cover over everything blockchain/crypto just because there are projects that are complete shit. You gotta look for those hidden diamonds and hold onto that shit and die a rich man. lol.

During the .com boom I really really wanted my parents to put money into Amazon back in 1998. Ugh. “Son when your old enough and have your own money you can invest in whatever you want….” I also tried to get them to put money into google when they had their IPO….

Ugh.. Their lack of vision kept them common folks. =\. That wont happen to me this time around!

I’ve never thought it was anything other than a Ponzi/multi level marketing scheme, so I don’t give you kudos when it goes up so much as try to get you to sell before the unsustainable hype bubble bursts.

Anyway, it’s only money, and you’re probably still ahead. Even if you lose it all, you can always join the mole people.

lol. Yeh I'm still up just under a million. It will easily climb back up in the next few months... especially since Sergey will undoubtedly announce that staking is going live in the coming months. China will also be turning on the oracle services for their BSN network and they are pushing Chinese Citizens to build on BSN and not other blockchains. I'm sitting quite comfy.

The silly thing is that many of the doubters will just later claim it was luck. A way to justify their doubt to make themselves feel better about their choice. It doesn't matter how much time and effort I put into the subject matter... in their eyes because they were wrong and don't want to admit it... they'll always resort to saying it was just luck. =\

But I know... I know my friend @Red has never doubted! Never waivered in his praise in the off chance I hit it big. He's smart in playing the long game. LoL. Nothing to lose but possibility of something to gain when I'm in a generous good mood. LOL.

The problem is that Red and Agrul have always been joking, and after seeing you not pick up Jackpanel's thunderingly obvious sarcasm, I wonder if you genuinely think they think you're a genius.

I'm actually riding in the Chainlink clown car with Octavionn, so that has to count for something. I want at least a VIP seat near the burning man trash wall if he becomes filthy rich.

By the way... SmartCon is coming up on 8/5 - 8/7. Its bigger and better than ever. They're even live broadcasting to teams around the world that are developing oracle networks and are part of the chainlink community.

    https://www.smartcontractsummit.io/

Undoubtedly we'll see Chainlink begin to pump as the dates get closer with people thinking Sergey might announce live staking at the Convention. It seems like the most logical place for him to make such an announcement that he very well might actually announce it.

If not, this is clearly a good opportunity to pump the rumor, then sell on the news.

There's some $25k bottle of booze at Costco I've been eyeballing. lol. When Link eventually hits the $100 threshold I plan to buy a bottle and use it as my celebratory shot liquor for each new threshold Link crosses. Of course my taste buds aren't that refined so it likely won't taste any different to me than a $100 bottle of booze.... but its all about the show, presentation, and making it a traditional thing that will make it fun.
