Hey @allanun (or anyone else who knows what they are talking about, so basically just pallanun lolololol) In my somewhat less-grotesquely-obese form, I've been doing more activities when I can, and I noticed a weird dynamic with my right knee. I can't seem to easily go down steps like a normal person, the steeper the step, the more difficult it is. Climbing around rock jetties in particular (which I love 2 do 4 fishing purposes) is a real bitch. If I walk down a regular set of stairs, stepping down with my right foot (and bending left knee) is painless, but stepping down with left foot (and having to bend right knee) is... uncomfortable? Not quite painful, but just less stable feeling and with a weird sensation right in the center of the knee (like under where the kneecap is sorta?) Do I have knee lupus? Is there some sort of exercise I should do or should I try to get an MRI (which always seems impossible to request) to see if something is torn?
