    I like the edges of a fried egg a little crispy, and can't stand even the sight of liquid egg yolk (hence ordering over hard), but I don't have super strong, hipster reactions to other peoples opinions on the topic. They can do whatever they like with their eggs.

    Every time I see cooked eggs at an asian restaurant, the edges are always crispy. You guys are coming off really racist ITT.

    Over hard feels like the eggs were cooked wrong, but it's not enough to where I'd outright refuse to eat them (especially at home). In a restaurant I doubt I'd send them back either. Over medium is definitely the best happy medium. I don't want the white party runny and want just enough runny yellow to be like a sauce, but not so much that half the plate is covered in yellow egg when the white part is gone.

    I can eat it all, in fact I wouldn't even notice if it was served to me crispy or not. I'm practically a human garbage disposal.

    Just ate eggs sunny side up fried crispy. Similar to huevos fritos except I don't baste them in the oil, I just fry it crispy and let it rest enough that the yolk partially sets but is still a bit runny. Mine look something like Jackpanel's picture, but I put salt and pepper, sometimes lemon pepper on top. My wife likes the Trader Joe's everything but the bagel mix on top of hers done like that.

    I don't care if the very outer edges are crispy as long as the yolk and most of the egg-white are not overcooked (hard). Overcooked eggs are gross. Having a non-scrambled version of eggs (i.e., yolk and white separate) where the yolk is not runny is gross.

    Default quick morning mode for me - slightly soft scramble. Can go a little harder on the scramble but would prefer to have it a little soft (glistening, slightly-thicker-than-porridge consistency). Also down with poached and fried or whatever runny yolk variety. I like doing my omelets French style; I feel like American diners generally overcook omelets. What else is there? I don't really like hardboiled unless it's for deviled eggs, and then I'm willing to eat a nasty quantity and feel slightly ill afterwards.
