    got like 2 weeks worth of meat & veggies, had to avoid basically 90% of the grocery store since it's all processed shit

    NO CARBS ALLOWED

    gonna do the big boy yoga workouts, some weights, and rock climbing

    you all should be miserable (i.e., HAPPY & HEALTHY) with me

    goal is to get from 220 down to 205 (I'm 6'3") and not be breathing like a fat person when my cardio is tested by a moderate hike/climb

    My diet is basically perfect--if I switched from weak beer to clear liquor and/or drank less I could probably be an ab model

    But now that I have free/easy access to a gym again I can start having a proper leg day that isn't just running and I think that will make a yuge difference

    My advisor/now program director is also the head of the bjj club on campus. I had a friend who was getting into it in Portland and always trying to recruit me+I've been listening to Adam Harris' podcast and he's a big proponent of it. I might give it a whirl this year if my schedule permits, but I think they meet at like fucking four am on weekdays or something

    ive lost 20 lbs since figuring out my dietary shit (all enjoyable food now hates me, noted) and dont plan on stopping anytime soon

    i have no particularly heinous dietary/workout intentions

    just caloric control, decent protein/carb/sugar mix (except the occasional diabetic starbucks drink LOL), and keeping up with my regular runs (lengthening+accelerating as comfortable) on fri/sat/sun + ddr on mon/tues/wed/thurs + pullups e'rryday

    I made the decision to stop being healthy and try to get really fat. Now I have to strategically order from different dominos stores so I don't get the same delivery guy twice in one day. It's going really well.

    But I guess I can try to be healthy again with you.

    I completed the aforementioned workout. It was awful. Really just a miserable experience. I'd rather have been doing pretty much anything else, and am already dreading the next one. I'm hoping that with enough repetition & persistence I'll find myself so completely dispirited and unhappy that I'll spiral into a deep depression.

    Typed this while force-feeding myself plain (no sugar added) greek yogurt with added flax seed and valiantly resisting the urge to gag.

    I'd like to lose another 10 pounds. I lost 30-40 pounds last year and have kept it off within a 5 pound range for over a year now, but still could drop a bit more.

    My exercise has been massive amounts of soccer (3-5 x per week) and dog walking, but I should probably start doing some weights. I'm the opposite of the guy that skips leg day. All I do are leg days.

    I have a bench and some free weights, but I've only ever really lifted them when carrying the to my basement on the first day, then one other time when my basement flooded. Give me some tips on how to start using them without feeling dumb as I randomly wave them around wondering if this is a good burn or a bad burn I'm feeling.
