I always skipped leg day when I was younger because I thought upper body was way more important. This destroyed my lower body strength and also my cardio since pretty much all cardio deals with lower body to some degree. Now since I destroyed my ankle and can't really run anymore, I'm forced to not do high impacting activities (no running, plyo, etc...). So seeing someone do that amount of weight always seems huge to me. Since the start of this week I've been trending down in weight by about a pound. I'm taking today/tomorrow off of my exercising due to a big bike race I have on Saturday which is going to be about 15 miles long and about 4500 vertical feet of climbing on my mountain bike. After this i'll pick back up my P90x3 workouts and see if I can keep them going and get some results from them.
