Hey guys, I got a PM about this but am responding here to a larger audience, since others are certainly wondering.
I'd say easily 90% of my TZT browsing (and probably at least half of my actual posting) is via Tapatalk these days, so I certainly understand how convenient mobile is of using Ye Olde TZT.
That said, my initial idea post-migration was not to add the Xenforo tapatalk plugin. Partly this is because Tapatalk has been pissing me off lately with all its constant changes (and endlessly asking me to add new feeds). Partly it's because I'd rather not start adding plugins until we really, really need one as I familiarize with Xenforo (always best to stick to vanilla when learning a system). And partly also because I'd rather force myself (and others) to use the native mobile web version of Xenforo.
From what I've seen it's pretty slick and full featured. It's also pretty easy to make a homescreen icon/widget in Android that auto-launches TZT, and I'm assuming iphones/ipads are similarly easy.
That's my current plan anyway. If there's a lot of demand for the Tapatalk plugin later I can still look into adding it. Is anyone here really attached to using Tapatalk vs. native web interface?
