DESIGNED TO LOOK LIKE A MILITARY WEAPON

You're going to argue that those weapons aren't designed to look like the weapons issued to US servicemen? Or are you going to keep tiptoeing around making an actual point on this matter because you know you lack the capacity to compellingly argue a point?

~

I would say that they used a similar mold/design. If i were to mass produce a rifle i would choose a proven design that has millions and millions of R&D dollars behind it. What, specifically, would you prefer they make automatic rifles look like?

From what I know about Wellesley, this will just make them more happy that she is going to attend there

all the sexually active bros will be happy.

I don't feel like arguing, but here are my opinions:
He had a handgun, why bother carrying around a heavy as fuck rifle (yeah it looks like a military rifle, but so do a ton of BB guns)
If the officers thought there was any threat they would have pulled guns and stood behind car doors until the veteran disarmed.
I believe the police officers did this because they thought the man was carrying in bad taste. They tried their best, being police officers of Temple, TX. Temple is the type of town that has farms within city limits. Its a small country town police force, so expect bad policing.

I love the shit out of mine. The only reason i wear other hoodies is because my woman throws the TZT one in the dirty clothes hamper. I don't understand why she keeps wanting to wash it.

note is the way to go. before i got the note i was thinking about getting a tablet. now its pointless. note 2 is svelte enough to fit into your pocket without being a burden yet big enough so i dont mind browsing websites with it. The only thing that annoys me is that every website tries to load the "mobile" version first. I bet there is a way to disable mobile pages though..

Treating everyone like a terrorist, even though you are obviously not wearing a turban.

neither did the 9-11 hijackers  ::facepalm::

Yes, but they had turban-style hat hair.

It's a silly ban. I have a strange hatred of all things having to do with american air travel.
examples:

Charge everyone $50 to check bagging, instead of putting it where it belongs, so that a situation is created where everyone brings their luggage as carry on, to store it in the already too small passenger cabin.

Charging for tiny shitty quality snacks.

running fewer flights, and overbooking as many flights as they can.

Issuing refunds for canceled flights/unable to make flight etc. and making the use of those "credits" very difficult, and also never allowing a cash refund. (cannot use credit from a canceled round trip towards a one way flight, or vice versa)

Banning smoking because of second hand smoke issues. Also banning electronic cigarettes because.. well, they don't know why.

Treating everyone like a terrorist, even though you are obviously not wearing a turban.

I read it, i just still think that the "what if" part on a survivors (relative, etc) conscious is a dangerous way of thinking. There are a million things that could have changed to prevent such a thing. I dont mean to offend vlaar or anyone. Its just that when someone decides to do something like that, no matter how silly it is in hindsight,  its a deep dark decision, a lot of thought went into it.  I dont know the reason  my brother did it, but there were many things in our childhood that could to some degree be to blame. Life is rough, its a series of responsibilities and realities that are put on you, and to some people its like a smothering pillow over their face. I hate to say it like this, but if you ever come to the decision that you no longer want to swim up the stream, there should be a nice simple way to relax and float down it.

oh my god gun thread. Why is this even interesting to any of you?
because some of us have lost loved ones to preventable suicide.

I lost my brother to suicide. Its not preventable. If someone wants to do it, they can do it. Its laughable that anyone thinks taking away guns will solve the suicide problem.
